About Me & My App


My name is Josh Hopkins, USAF Veteran. I joined the military at 18 leaving my small Mississippi town behind. I served from 2004-2010. I also served in operation Iraqi freedom. The Military helped me become the person I am today. It set me up with the foundation for what I do now. I worked for the UFC Gym corporation for 3 years which eventually led me to branching off and starting Josh Hopkins Fitness LLC.

Helping people lose weight and feel better about themselves was always my number one passion in life. My social media platforms let me do that the quickest way possible. Also while serving I was diagnosed with PTSD so I’m able to help people with the same problems as they are able to relate. I get countless messages from current and former military members asking for advice on how to deal with PTSD and other issues. I always take the time to write them back as my message might help someone get through the day easier. I currently live in Los Angeles, California where I train clients regularly personally and online. Everyday I challenge myself to become better than the day before while inspiring as many people as I can along the way. I am very grateful for everything that has happened in my life and I hope to help as many people as possible!

All you need is an iPhone or Android Device. I developed your program so that you can train with or without a gym.

How long does my membership last?

Your membership is billed on a monthly rate! There is no hard start and stop or time commitments and you can cancel at any time. This program is your guide to transform your body. You can start using it today and start and stop whenever you'd like to!

What if I am currently in pain or have an injury?

Even though you may be not 100%, there are plenty of exercises and tools in my program that will help you. Just avoid over-exercising anything you are recovering from, but you can still use my motivational videos and exercise tools that don't injure your body!

How will your program affect my existing workout routines?

I designed the program so that it can augment a currently lifting program. Already following a training guide? That's fine! You can easily use the Joshua Hopkin's Worldwide Training Program to find out how to better perform exercises, or even add in additional exercising to your schedule. My motivational content will also help pump you up to train harder!
